Modus Media is a web design and commercial photography studio based in Nottingham, England. This website is operated by Gary Phillip, the studio's founder.

What data we collect and why

The only way we collect personal data on this site is through the contact form. When you submit the form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your business name (optional)
• Your email address
• The message you write

We collect this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

How your data is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the platform this website is hosted on. Netlify stores submission data on servers within the United States. Their privacy practices are governed by the Netlify Privacy Policy.

Submission data is also delivered directly to our email inbox. We do not store your details in any additional database or CRM.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as is necessary to respond to and complete your request, typically no longer than two years. If you would like your data removed sooner, contact us at hello@modusmedia.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.

Cookies

This website uses cookies only if you accept analytics. If you decline the cookie notice on your first visit, no cookies are set and no data is collected.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how the site is used. These collect anonymised data about pages visited, session duration, device type and approximate location at country level only. Your choice is saved to your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
